MARINA DEL REY, CA and AUSTIN, TX April 21, 2020 — Draft Builders and Techson have teamed to provide accelerated patentability search reports on Draft Builders’ technology-enabled patent services platform. Techson is integrating its Limestone Patent Research APIs and providing its team of world class, US-based patent researchers to deliver first look novelty search results to Draft Builders’ customers for a fixed fee and on an accelerated timeline.

1) For patentability searches bundled with new applications on the platform – $699; 2-day turnaround. Techson will use Draft Builders’ preliminary application drafts as the basis to conduct the search.
2) For à la carte novelty searches – $749; 5-day turnaround. Techson will use Draft Builders’ customers’ original disclosure as the basis to conduct the search.
Customers will receive a patentability search report of top results and a ready-to-file IDS Form 8a populated with the search results.
